Hi, error message comes up when trying to view the video tutes. Also, cannot download adobe document either! cheers.

downloaded adobe files no problem. Still cannot view video tutorials. cheers.

that error message is caused by an incompatibility somewhere, e.g. normally a very old operating system or browser.

just any up to date browser should be fine. What computer or device are you using?

Im using a Toshiba satellite i5 heaps of room 4GB ram 2.2 or 2.6 Ghz, I don't have any problems viewing youtube etc or the intro on the website. I have Mozilla firefox and explorer as a browser. cheers.

which version of Windows? I presume you're using Windows. Youtube is much more compatible with older systems. We don't support the older versions. If you're system is up to date, then you should be fine - it's normally an old Operating System that causes these problems. Feel free to email about this if you'd like... rob@producertech.com

Hi rob, thanks for the prompt reply. My operating is windows 7. I have tried viewing the tutes with both explorer and firefox as my browser. my computer was recently formatted and all system files restored. I'm not sure what else to try?!.
